About the Role

Omar Kassem Alesayi Textiles Company is seeking a dedicated Textile Salesperson to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to our customer experience, focusing on the sale of various fabric materials and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will contribute to achieving sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships within a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Textile Salesperson is responsible for a comprehensive range of duties, including advising customers on fabric selections, managing inventory, and processing orders efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, including price negotiation, to create a positive shopping experience that drives sales and builds lasting customer loyalty.

Customer Engagement and Sales

• Welcome customers and provide assistance in selecting textiles that meet their specific needs.
• Offer detailed information regarding product features, benefits, and applications.
• Address customer inquiries and professionally resolve any issues or complaints.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Store Operations and Product Expertise

• Develop a thorough understanding of the characteristics, uses, and care instructions for various textile types.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and adequately stocked with merchandise.
• Arrange and display products effectively to highlight their features and attract customer interest.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a General Secondary Education certificate.
• Preferably no less than 6 months of experience in the textiles field.
