About the Role

Miras Contracting Projects Center is looking to appoint a skilled Interior Designer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual with excellent experience and a high creative sense, capable of transforming client requirements into practical and appealing designs tailored to each project's nature and space.

Role Overview

The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing comprehensive interior design solutions for both residential and commercial projects. This involves a blend of creative vision and technical expertise to ensure designs are not only visually striking but also highly functional and aligned with client expectations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare interior designs and layouts for residential and commercial projects.
• Design and present professional 3D visualizations.
• Select colors, materials, furniture, lighting elements, and finishes.
• Develop mood boards and presentation proposals for clients.
• Monitor design stages and coordinate with execution teams and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits and take measurements as required.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and established quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated practical experience of 5-10 years in interior design and decoration.
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and various rendering programs.
• A professional portfolio showcasing previous projects is essential.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and current market prices within the Saudi market.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be a resident of Riyadh.
• Commitment to full-time employment.
