Job Vacancy: HR Manager – Jeddah (Manpower Supply Company & cleaning service providing company )

We are a manpower provider company and cleaning srvices provider based in Jeddah , and we are looking for a professional HR Manager who understands Saudi HR operations, manpower supply procedures, and compliance systems .

📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

💼 Position: HR Manager

🕌 Nationality: Saudi Female Preferred

💰 Salary: 4000 – 4500 SAR

🕒 Duty Hours: 8 hours

📅 Work Days: 6 days a week

🔎 Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years HR experience in Saudi Arabia
• Experience in manpower supply, recruitment, and HR operations
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law , GOSI , Qiwa , Mudad , WPS , and HRDF
• Experience handling employee files, contracts, onboarding, and compliance
• Good communication skills in Arabic & English
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple HR tasks

📝 Key Responsibilities (KSA Market Standard)

• Manage full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Prepare and update employment contracts through Qiwa
• Handle payroll processing through Mudad & WPS
• Maintain GOSI records and ensure monthly compliance
• Manage attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and mobility
• Maintain worker files, IQAMA records, renewals, and transfers
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
• Prepare HR reports, memos, and official letters
• Support audits, inspections, and government portal updates

Handle employee relations, grievances, and communication
