Job Summary:
DNC is seeking a Cost Control Engineer to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will manage project costs, monitor budgets, and ensure financial efficiency across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and expenditures.
- Analyze cost variances and provide detailed reports to management.
- Assist in preparing estimates, tender documents, and cost forecasts.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and contractors to ensure accurate cost tracking.
- Maintain cost control records and ensure timely reporting.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cost Engineering / Cost Control.
- Strong knowledge of project contracts, BOQ, variation orders, and claims.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and cost management software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
