What You Will Do:- Lead a team of 25-35 blue-collar employees to ensure reliability and consistency in repair production lines.
- Operationalize and sustain Fulfillment-5 metrics on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and People.
- Engage daily with shop floor operators to cultivate a ‘zero exception’ culture with a strong focus on Safety.
- Collaborate with Quality teams to ensure compliance with QMS procedures.
- Manage the cost review process during the lifecycle of each repair job.
- Drive On-Time-Delivery for the cell and champion productivity initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of 5S and lean excellence within the work environment.
What You'll Bring:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the manufacturing or repair sector.
- Proficiency in computer tools, especially MS Office.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
What Will Make You Stand Out:- Experience with Lean deployment and knowledge of gas turbine component repair processes.
- Leadership experience in power generation or repair business settings.
- Proficiency in SAP and demonstrated project management capabilities.
- Strong focus on Safety and Quality in operations.
