Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration & Facilities Coordination: Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance activities, and support administrative functions like documentation and filing.
  • Employee & Corporate Support: Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, and support employee engagement activities.
  • Operational Support: Handle reporting, logistics coordination, and vendor communications.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
