About the Account Assistant Role

Apparel Group is seeking an Account Assistant to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to provide essential support to the General Manager. The role involves a range of accounting and administrative tasks crucial for maintaining efficient operations and accurate record-keeping within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
• Support the General Manager with the preparation of daily reports, management of documentation, and follow-up on various activities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ensure effective and clear communication in both English and Arabic.
• Coordinate with internal teams and diligently follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all responsibilities are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Essential Skills and Attributes

Candidates for this role should demonstrate strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential for report generation and data management.
