Assistant Manager IT Audit Bilingual Arabic Speaker

About the Role

Protiviti Middle East Member Firm is seeking an Assistant Manager IT Audit Bilingual Arabic Speaker to join its Technology Consulting practice. This full-time position is based in Jeddah or Makkah and involves working with clients on IT risk and controls assessments, IT Service Management, and Information Security Management Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare risk-based IT Consulting Project Plans.
• Draft, discuss, and finalize IT Consulting reports.
• Monitor and ensure the smooth execution of IT Consulting engagements.
• Execute assignments according to the project plan and within allocated time budgets.
• Deliver project files.
• Train and guide junior staff in their work areas for comprehensive development.
• Maintain professional relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Manage multiple assignments across various industries.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to understand business and IT processes across various industries.
• Exposure to structured project management or risk assessment techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, ITIL, CoBIT, or ISO 20000 standards and frameworks.

Work Environment and Travel

This role requires the ability to travel as necessary to meet client needs. Frequent travel throughout the month may be required based on client requests and commitments across the Middle East. Bilingual Arabic speaking skills are essential for this role, and international business experience is beneficial.
