The Role of Business Analyst

CoorB is seeking a Business Analyst to join its team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and involves leading the gathering of business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and documenting project details to align business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the end-to-end business requirements gathering process across the organization using various methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, and site visits.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Document business cases, process flows, data models, and user stories using Jira.
• Propose new ideas and features, and identify areas for process improvement and optimization to meet customer and business needs.
• Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of multiple concurrent software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
• Evaluate and implement enterprise-wide solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and minimizing impact on cross-functional systems to drive long-term value and performance.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts within the team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CCE, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position.
• Previous experience using Jira is required.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience in requirements extraction and testing.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
