Counter Salesman Workshop

About the Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Counter Salesman - Workshop to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves managing internal parts requisitions and ensuring the timely and accurate issuance of parts to the workshop, along with daily reconciliation and coordination with stock control.

Key Responsibilities

• Process internal parts requisitions from workshop technicians, service advisors, and team leaders.
• Identify and issue correct MAN genuine spare parts using electronic parts catalogues and job card references.
• Ensure timely parts issuance to workshop bays, prioritizing urgent repair jobs.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to locate, pick, and deliver requested parts to minimize technician waiting time.
• Accurately record all internal parts issuances against job cards in the parts management system.
• Ensure correct cost allocation and maintain traceability for warranty and billing purposes.
• Coordinate with the Stock Controlling & Ordering Officer to flag parts shortages impacting active workshop jobs.
• Escalate emergency order requirements for critical repair parts.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of parts issued against job cards closed.
• Investigate discrepancies and process returns for unused parts back to stock in a timely manner.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should have 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires attention to detail and effective coordination skills within a workshop environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, focusing on supporting workshop operations through efficient parts management and supply.
