About the Role

Grant Thornton is seeking a Demand Planner KSA to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves driving accurate demand planning by translating market insights, sales trends, and business requirements into reliable forecasts. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The Demand Planner will support product availability, inventory optimization, and sustainable business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role helps ensure effective supply chain execution, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement of planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts using market insights, sales trends, and business data.
Conduct detailed sales, channel, and SKU analysis.
Lead regular demand planning reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators.
Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
Ensure effective stock management.
Maintain critical planning data to support order fulfillment and replenishment.
Manage escalations when required.
Drive continuous process improvements through innovative planning practices and systems.

Qualifications and Experience

1 to 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a related field within the consumer goods industry.
Strong understanding of demand planning processes and logistics planning techniques.
Experience with SAP stock management and planning systems.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to translate data into actionable business insights.
Effective communication skills with proven stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives.
