The Role of Digital Identity & Access Management Consultant

Accenture Middle East is seeking an experienced Digital Identity & Access Management Consultant to support clients in implementing and optimizing Digital Identity solutions. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of experience in the field. The role involves requirements gathering, solution configuration, and advising on best-practice identity security across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define client requirements for PAM (Delinea), IAM (One Identity), MFA (Azure MFA & FortiAuthenticator), and Active Directory/DNS.
• Assess existing identity processes and propose improvements.
• Develop Digital Identity strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
• Configure and customize PAM, IAM, MFA, and AD/DNS solutions.
• Establish and maintain identity policies, including privileged access, authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with security, IT, and compliance teams to integrate identity services effectively.
• Provide training, support, and documentation to clients.
• Liaise with vendors such as Delinea, Microsoft, and One Identity for technical and platform-related matters.

Required Expertise

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in digital identity solutions, with practical experience in the following areas:

• Implementation and optimization of PAM, IAM, and MFA solutions.
• Proficiency with specific technologies including Delinea for PAM, One Identity for IAM, and Azure MFA & FortiAuthenticator for MFA.
• Experience with Active Directory and DNS services.
• Ability to gather requirements, configure solutions, and provide strategic advice on identity security best practices.
