The Role: Environment Health and Safety Manager

This full-time position for an Environment Health and Safety Manager is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading the development and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a proactive safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS) in alignment with GACAR, ICAO, and IATA requirements.
• Drive hazard identification, risk mitigation strategies, and safety performance monitoring.
• Lead incident investigations and translate findings into sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, customers, and regulatory bodies to advance a proactive safety culture.
• Lead and develop safety and quality teams across multiple locations including Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, and Medina.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Safety Management Systems and safety culture development.
• Strong understanding of GACAR, ICAO, and IATA requirements.

Location

This position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role also involves leadership across teams in Riyadh, Dammam, and Medina.
