About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton in Jeddah is seeking a full-time F&B Service Expert to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences for guests. This role involves taking initiative to provide a wide range of services, ensuring guests enjoy their meals. The F&B Service Expert contributes to making every transaction feel like an integral part of the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold established quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication standards are met.
• Set tables according to service guidelines.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with kitchen staff.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, such as managing menus.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
