Role Overview: Guest Service Brand Ambassador

The Guest Service Brand Ambassador serves as a primary representative of the brand, responsible for delivering professional, friendly, and memorable service to all guests. This full-time role is based in Makkah and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on promoting brand values, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to overall business success. The Ambassador ensures impeccable hospitality from arrival to departure, embodying the brand's commitment to personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and efficient guest arrival and departure experience.
• Deliver personalized service throughout the guest journey.
• Ensure exceptional customer service in alignment with company standards and brand values.
• Assist guests with inquiries, recommendations, and service-related requests.
• Promote brand awareness through positive guest interactions and comprehensive product knowledge.
• Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong guest engagement and satisfaction across all touch points.
• Possess excellent knowledge of products, services, promotions, and company offerings.
• Support operational teams in delivering seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and act as a role model for brand values.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma or higher education.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Restaurants, Cafés, Retail, or Guest Relations is preferred.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required.

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
