About the Role

GRG is seeking a highly experienced Head of Finance to lead its financial and administrative functions across Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and operates within a complex multinational environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of all finance and administrative functions for the country, leading a team of approximately 10 professionals.

Strategic Impact and Scope

This position involves working closely with senior country and regional leadership, acting as a strategic partner to the wider business, and safeguarding strong financial controls. The role offers significant exposure across business partnering, treasury, tax, IFRS reporting, transfer pricing, and legal entity financial management. It provides the opportunity to influence key commercial and financial decisions, drive process simplification, and enhance operational efficiency within a sophisticated regulatory and tax environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Overseeing financial management and accounting operations.
• Managing treasury and tax functions.
• Ensuring legal entity governance and compliance.
• Driving operational effectiveness across finance and administration.
• Collaborating with senior country and regional stakeholders, external auditors, financial institutions, tax advisors, and government authorities to ensure financial direction and effectiveness.

Academic and Professional Background

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years’ financial management experience, demonstrating progressively increasing responsibility.

Key Skills and Market Understanding

• Strong experience operating within a complex, globally operating multinational organisation.
• In-depth knowledge across accounting, IFRS, taxation, treasury, and legal entity financial management.
• A strong understanding of the Saudi economic, regulatory, and business environment.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
