Leylaty Group is seeking a Hostess to join their team in Makkah, with operations also in Jeddah. This full-time role is essential for creating a positive first impression for guests and ensuring a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure. The Hostess acts as the primary point of contact for guests, managing their initial interaction with the establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage seating arrangements and coordinate table assignments efficiently.
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries accurately.
• Maintain effective communication with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure guests are seated according to restaurant procedures, especially during busy periods.
• Maintain a professional appearance and keep reception and waiting areas organized.
• Handle guest requests or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with restaurant management and the service team to uphold high service standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of previous experience in a hostess, front-of-house, customer service, or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Professional, friendly, and welcoming personality.
• Ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
