About the Role

Basamh Industrial Co. Ltd. is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is focused on enhancing operational efficiency and implementing innovative solutions to support strategic objectives. The Industrial Engineer will contribute to projects aimed at improving processes and outputs within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, utilizing tools such as Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Develop and implement process optimization strategies that align with business goals, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments that test new processes or technologies, gathering data for informed decisions.
Conduct time studies and capacity analysis to determine resource allocation needs, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower and machinery.
Create detailed documentation of engineering processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices, to facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further improvements.
Assist in the training and development of team members on new processes and technologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure that all engineering solutions are feasible and meet quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in engineering practices, applying relevant insights to enhance operational strategies.
