Sales Manager and Executives PVC Pipe Co.

About the Role

Mujahid Page is seeking experienced Sales Managers and Executives to join its PVC Pipes & Fittings Manufacturing business. This full-time role is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on expanding market presence and achieving sales targets within the construction and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market-share targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, real estate, water supply, drainage, and irrigation sectors.
• Promote and sell PVC, UPVC, CPVC, HDPE pipes, fittings, and related products.
• Expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence across Saudi Arabia.
• Generate new sales leads through market research, networking, customer visits, and referrals.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and market development strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, MEP companies, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Identify upcoming construction, infrastructure, water, and development projects, and develop relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure products meet project specifications and customer requirements.
• Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and reseller networks, while strengthening existing partnerships.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers, coordinating with internal departments for timely order processing and delivery.
• Develop, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives, including assigning targets and providing guidance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, monitoring revenue, gross margins, and collections.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years in sales.
• Demonstrated experience in selling PVC, UPVC, CPVC, HDPE pipes, fittings, plumbing materials, or other building materials.
• Good understanding of the Saudi construction, infrastructure, contracting, and real estate markets.
• Proven ability to achieve assigned sales targets and expand distribution networks.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a manufacturing business focused on PVC pipes and fittings, requiring engagement with various stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
