About Carrier and the Senior Sales Engineer Role

Carrier (KSA) is a leading worldwide provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, fire, security, and cold chain solutions. We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for a full-time position based in Jazan and Jeddah.

Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to expand Carrier's market presence and optimize profitability in remote areas. This involves improving market coverage, enhancing gross margin by penetrating less competitive markets, and providing robust support to the RLC, Applied, and VRF Business Units.

Key Responsibilities

• Cover the southern remote area market to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Onboard two new distributors in each target city to strengthen the distribution network.
• Achieve a combined annual sales target of $10M from RLC, Applied, and VRF products.
• Expand business reach into untapped markets and customer segments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with active contractors to drive sales and project engagement.
• Enhance product visibility and market presence by offering comprehensive HVAC solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC business, with a focus on remote areas.
• Mandatory HVAC sales experience within the Jazan remote area.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Deep product knowledge across Applied, VRF, and RLC HVAC product lines.
• Proven experience in developing and managing business distribution networks.
• Experience with small, medium, and large-scale HVAC projects.
