Stakeholder and Interface Manager

Role Overview

SJ Group is seeking an experienced Stakeholder and Interface Manager to lead engagement and interface management for major airport development programmes in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires close coordination with various entities to ensure operational requirements are successfully integrated into project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder and interface management across airport programmes.
• Coordinate with airport operators, airlines, authorities, consultants, and contractors.
• Capture and manage stakeholder requirements, approvals, and actions.
• Ensure operational requirements are incorporated into design and delivery phases.
• Manage interfaces, risks, dependencies, and conflicts across projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
• Support authority approvals, Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT), testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Maintain stakeholder and interface registers and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in stakeholder engagement and interface management within complex development projects. This role demands a professional capable of navigating diverse interests and ensuring project alignment with operational needs.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
