The Opportunity: Territory Customer Executive

Almarai is seeking a Territory Customer Executive to join its team in Makkah, covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on achieving Food Service Sales Objectives by cultivating customer relationships, meeting targets within the designated territory, and fostering business development to drive positive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on price approvals to ensure products are sold according to agreed negotiated terms.
• Log daily visits and customer activities to report end-of-day progress to the line manager.
• Review customer sales dashboards to take necessary action during market visits.
• Coordinate internally to ensure products are scheduled for delivery.
• Liaise with the finance team and line manager to provide updates on customer collection status.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales and customer service.
