Training and Development Specialist

About the Role

Jazera Arabia Contracting is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to join its Human Resources Department. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with work locations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development areas.
• Prepare and monitor annual training plans and programs.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs and manage relationships with training providers.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Maintain accurate training records, professional certifications, and track renewal dates.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in training and development.
• Demonstrated experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Proven ability to prepare and follow up on annual training plans and programs.
• Experience coordinating internal and external training programs and providers.
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and prepare related reports.
• Experience maintaining training records, professional certifications, and renewal dates.
• Experience in the construction/contracting industry is preferred.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Knowledge of HRMS/LMS is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Effective follow-up skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the Human Resources Department of Jazera Arabia Contracting, with operations in Jeddah and Makkah.
