We are seeking dedicated Saudi Nationals to provide exceptional service to our customers in a warm and welcoming environment. As a Barista, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and ensuring they are greeted with professionalism.
• Presenting the menu and explaining the options when necessary.
• Taking orders accurately and entering them into the system.
• Preparing and serving beverages and food according to high standards.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and professionally handling feedback or complaints.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the work area and tables continuously.
• Adhering to health and safety standards.
• Managing payment processes (cash/card) accurately.
• Contributing to inventory management and reporting shortages.
• Collaborating with team members to guarantee service quality and speed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Professionalism, neat appearance, and commitment to service.
• Ability to work under pressure and be a team player.
• Basic knowledge in beverage preparation (coffee, cold drinks, etc.).
• Proficiency in using POS systems is an advantage.
• Punctuality and discipline in work attendance.
• Good command of English is desirable.
