Country Operation Manager

About the Role

Unilever Arabia is seeking a Country Operation Manager to join their team in Jeddah, Mecca Region. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the long-term sustainability and expansion of the business by leading strategic growth initiatives. The manager will identify, secure, and nurture high-value partnerships to convert market potential and service capabilities into an optimized revenue stream.

Role Purpose and Context

The Country Operation Manager acts as a critical bridge between Business Groups, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams. The role ensures that all growth initiatives balance market demand, profitability, and operational capacity. Key responsibilities include identifying market trends, conducting business analysis, and achieving Sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to final execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet technical realities and delivery timelines.
• Identify potential market shifts or competitor movements and drive scenario planning to safeguard the sales pipeline.
• Continuously refine business development tools to improve conversion rates and optimize the sales cycle.
• Analyze data to identify operational root causes and propose optimal solutions.
• Coordinate with business groups, demand planners, and sales teams for new product launches.
• Ensure smooth coordination and communication with the exports team regarding export demand.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data to support planning accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to visualize data and identify operational root causes.
