About the Role

Cipher | سايڤر is seeking a Cybersecurity GRC Consultant to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the company’s Cybersecurity Department in ensuring effective governance, risk management, and compliance within its operations.

Role Purpose and Context

The Cybersecurity GRC Consultant will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's cybersecurity posture. This involves contributing to the effective operation of Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) frameworks, supporting Cybersecurity Awareness initiatives, and ensuring adherence to National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) requirements. The consultant will work closely with the Cybersecurity Department to provide comprehensive support across these critical areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Cybersecurity Department across various Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity Awareness activities.
• Support the operational effectiveness of relevant GRC and cybersecurity processes.
• Contribute to the successful completion of all work related to National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) requirements.
• Deliver necessary support to the Cybersecurity Department for assigned activities and projects.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management principles, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) requirements is preferred.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to collaborate effectively with the Cybersecurity Department.
