Jamjoom Pharma is seeking a Tamheer Trainee – Event Specialist to join its Event Management team in Jeddah. This role offers hands-on experience in managing events from end-to-end within a professional environment. The position is designed for individuals looking to gain practical experience in event coordination and execution.

Role Overview

The Event Specialist intern will support and progressively manage various events, developing key skills in planning, coordination, and execution. This role is suited for a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities, eager to take ownership of assigned events and contribute to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and progressively manage small-to-medium events.
• Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Coordinate effectively with business stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage quotations, logistics, budgets, and purchase order follow-ups.
• Support or lead on-site event execution and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Complete post-event evaluation, reporting, and financial closure processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Program Eligibility

Candidates must meet all specific requirements of the Tamheer program to be eligible for this internship. Additionally, applicants must not have been registered in GOSI during the last six months prior to application.

Location and Experience

This internship opportunity is based in Jeddah. It is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, providing a foundational entry into event management within the pharmaceutical industry.
