Excavator Sales Manager

About the Role

SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking an Excavator Sales Manager to lead sales activities in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Makkah, covering both Jeddah and Makkah, and focuses on driving market share and achieving sales targets for excavators.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive excavator sales activities across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, dealers, and key accounts.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive market development and business expansion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase excavator market share and sales performance.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on market activities and business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the construction machinery industry, with strong experience in excavator sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian construction equipment market, particularly the Western Region.

Required Skills

• Excellent customer relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging business objectives.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is full-time and requires flexibility for frequent business travel and internal transfers as needed within the region.
