About Delta Hotels and Resorts®

Delta Hotels and Resorts® is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert to join our team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to delivering exceptional guest experiences within our hospitality environment.

Role Overview

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for creating memorable and unique dining experiences for guests. This position goes beyond standard food and beverage service, focusing on proactive engagement and delivering a comprehensive range of services to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal. The role requires initiative and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the F&B Service Expert include:

Setting tables according to established standards.
Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Interacting with and serving guests in a professional and attentive manner.
Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Success in this role requires adherence to core operational standards, including maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication. The position involves physical activity and requires the ability to:

Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Read and visually verify information, such as menus.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
