About the Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts in Jeddah is seeking a full-time F&B Service Expert to join its team. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to crafting memorable and unique guest experiences, ensuring that food and beverage service contributes significantly to the overall stay.

Key Responsibilities

The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to deliver comprehensive services, ensuring guests enjoy their dining experience. Key responsibilities include:

Setting tables according to established standards.
Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Interacting with and serving guests in a professional and engaging manner.
Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
Processing transactions while ensuring they enhance the guest experience.

Workplace Expectations and Physical Demands

Success in this position requires adherence to company policies and quality standards, maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication. The role involves significant physical activity, including:

Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
Moving over sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
Managing menus, which includes reading and visually verifying information.
Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Maintaining a safe workplace is paramount, and all duties must be performed to uphold quality standards for guests and the business.

Qualifications and Experience
