Foreman Mechanical

About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Foreman, Mechanical to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires 3-9 years of relevant experience and involves overseeing mechanical maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign maintenance activities to teams within the mechanical section.
• Implement and monitor the output quality of corrective and preventive maintenance activities, particularly during shutdowns.
• Oversee the safety aspects concerning equipment, facilities, and maintenance personnel.
• Implement and monitor the output quality of equipment refurbishing and spare parts preparation activities.
• Collate necessary documents, including Equipment Checklists, Daily Time Records, and Material Vouchers.

Health, Safety & Environment Compliance

• Understand and adhere to all organizational HS&E policies.
• Follow safety instructions relevant to assigned tasks.
• Report any damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machines, or equipment to the appropriate staff.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 9 years of experience in a mechanical foreman or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and monitor maintenance activities effectively.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, where the successful candidate will work within a dynamic team focused on maintaining high operational standards for mechanical systems.
