About the Role

A large FMCG organisation is seeking an experienced FP&A Director to lead financial planning and performance management across its business operations. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is crucial for supporting strategic business performance and growth.

Role Purpose

The FP&A Director will be instrumental in driving the financial planning and analysis agenda, providing essential financial insights to guide strategic decision-making. This role ensures a robust alignment between the organisation's financial targets and its overall business performance, contributing directly to its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) agenda throughout the organisation.
• Provide critical financial insights to support strategic decision-making processes.

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to set comprehensive financial targets.
• Review and analyse overall business performance against set objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably within a large-scale organisation.
