About the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is centered on delivering a distinctive and memorable experience for guests, extending beyond routine check-in and check-out processes. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to provide a comprehensive range of services that guide guests throughout their entire stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational requirements efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest requests promptly.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.
• Share insights into the local area, integrating these interactions as part of the overall guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience
