The Role of Hard Services Supervisor

Azure is seeking a Hard Services Supervisor to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of all technical and engineering services within a residential compound. The supervisor ensures a safe, reliable, and well-maintained environment for residents and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hard services and technical maintenance activities throughout the compound.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing/water, firefighting, BMS, and other MEP systems.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed according to approved schedules and standards.
• Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of technical systems, equipment, and common areas to identify maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate and follow up on Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities.
• Respond to technical breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Monitor the performance of equipment and systems and recommend corrective actions or improvements where required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and relevant technical requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, inspections, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager and other departments regarding operational and maintenance requirements.
• Support the preparation of maintenance reports, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Ensure that all works are carried out with minimum disruption to residents and community operations.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in hard services supervision or a similar technical management role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, within a premium residential community environment.
