About Peergrowth and the Role

Peergrowth is seeking a Head of FP&A Healthcare to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role requires over 10 years of experience and involves leading financial planning and analysis across a portfolio of healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing financial operations and strategic support for the Group's healthcare ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecasts for three operational hospitals, twenty clinics, and one hospital in pre-opening phase. Consolidate facility-level plans into a unified Group KSA view for the GCFO.
• Develop and maintain financial models for new facility openings, including the hospital currently in pre-opening, covering capex phasing, ramp-up assumptions, breakeven timelines, and funding requirements.
• Serve as the finance business partner for hospital CEOs, medical directors, and clinic operations leads, conducting monthly performance reviews against budget and identifying variances.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards that include revenue per facility, payer mix, occupancy, cost per clinical department, and EBITDA by site, tailored for the GCFO and board.
• Lead monthly and quarterly Group reporting packs, prepare board materials, and conduct ad hoc analysis as requested by the GCFO or executive leadership.
• Identify opportunities for cost and margin improvement across the hospital and clinic portfolio, collaborating with operations to quantify and track the impact of initiatives.
• Provide strategic and investment support to the GCFO for new facilities, service line expansion, and, when relevant, M&A or partnership evaluations within KSA.
• Manage, develop, and review the work of a team of two FP&A analysts, and act as the primary liaison between facility finance leads and Group Finance.
• Coordinate with the Group's financial reporting and treasury functions to ensure FP&A outputs align with statutory numbers and cash planning.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgeting cycles, financial modeling, and performance reporting for complex organizations.
• Proven ability to lead a team and coordinate across various financial functions.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering facilities in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a dynamic healthcare environment, supporting multiple operational units and strategic initiatives.
