Role Overview: HR Director

COREcruitment is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the people strategy for an established and expanding hospitality group. This full-time position is based at the corporate headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commercially minded HR leader with proven experience operating within KSA and a strong background in service-led industries.

Position Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, the HR Director will hold a pivotal executive leadership role. This position is responsible for driving the group's human capital strategy, organisational development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR transformation across a growing portfolio of hospitality businesses, in line with the company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Group's HR strategy in line with business growth objectives.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and COO as a strategic advisor on all people-related matters.
  • Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives to support business expansion.
  • Oversee performance management, learning and development, leadership programmes, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labour legislation, Saudisation initiatives, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead compensation, benefits, and reward strategies.
  • Champion organisational culture and employee experience.
  • Develop HR systems, policies, and processes that support operational excellence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in a Head of Department (HOD) or senior HR leadership position, typically requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in KSA with solid knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Saudisation, and local employment regulations.
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations and business expansion.
  • Strategic yet hands-on leadership style with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in organisational development and talent strategy.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align people initiatives to business performance.

Compensation and Employment Details

This is a full-time position. The compensation for this role is SAR 23,000 All inclusive.
