About the Role

Magrabi Health is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to support medical insurance operations. This full-time role, based in Makkah, focuses on coordinating insurance approvals, managing claims submissions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare insurance regulations and company standards.

Role Overview

The Insurance Coordinator will play a key role in facilitating smooth insurance processes within Magrabi Health. This position is suitable for candidates with a background in healthcare, strong communication abilities, and experience working with medical insurance companies and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate medical insurance approvals for various procedures and healthcare services.
Liaise with insurance companies to secure timely authorization approvals.
Review and process medical claims to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Verify medical documentation and insurance requirements prior to submission.
Follow up on rejected claims and coordinate resubmissions as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, clinics, finance departments, and insurance providers.
Ensure adherence to CHI regulations, NPHIES requirements, and internal company policies.
Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to approval and claims activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a healthcare background and demonstrate strong communication skills. Experience working with medical insurance companies and healthcare providers is essential for this role.
