About the Opportunity

Esnad Contracting is seeking a Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to join their team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region, and plays a crucial role in supporting various construction projects.

Core Responsibilities

Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and contract documents thoroughly.
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs (BOQ) for mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Develop cost estimates and pricing for tenders and project variations.
Evaluate and review supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Formulate technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate effectively with design, procurement, and project execution teams.
Prepare material submittals, technical submittals, and maintain shop drawing logs.
Monitor project progress and provide essential technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Office role, specifically within construction companies.
Proven experience in infrastructure or building projects.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with quantity surveying, estimation, and tendering processes.
Ability to review technical documents and coordinate effectively with multiple disciplines.
