About Saudia Cargo

Saudia Cargo is seeking an Officer Operation Excellence to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on implementing process improvements and ensuring operational efficiency within the cargo handling sector.

Role Purpose

The Officer Operation Excellence is responsible for the implementation of process improvements, cost reduction strategies, and quality assurance protocols. This position ensures that operational performance aligns with established policies and procedures, contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards in cargo handling.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and optimize processes.
Support change management initiatives for new processes and technologies.
Assist in conducting regional visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and oversee ground handling activities.
Work with Regional Commercial Directors on operational matters and assist in new product development.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the same or a similar field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role involves collaboration across various departments and regional travel to ensure operational compliance and oversight.
