About the Onboarding Engagement Internship

Bupa Arabia is offering an Onboarding Engagement Internship in Jeddah. This internship is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are interested in supporting customer engagement initiatives, with a particular focus on the customer onboarding journey.

Internship Purpose

The intern will contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with Bupa Arabia's customers. The primary goals include assisting in the promotion of health programs, improving customer experience, and increasing customer loyalty through effective engagement, especially during the initial stages of customer interaction and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the customer engagement team in proactively reaching out to new customers to introduce them to Bupa Arabia's offerings.
• Support efforts to ensure all eligible members are contacted effectively for enrollment in defined programs.
• Contribute to understanding customer needs, goals, and pain points to help promote new services to the right segments.
• Support the development of strategic goals and content for client education, explaining key features and benefits of services.
• Assist in the development and oversight of the onboarding process, ensuring it is efficient and tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (*, RCM, Medical, technical teams) to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
• Support the communication of onboarding plans and timelines with new customers.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing customer engagement team performance and inputs, and report on engaged customer results.
• Gather feedback from the customer engagement team regarding customer awareness and perception of tele-consultation services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback received, and campaign details.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience, ideally in a customer-facing or engagement-focused role.
• Demonstrated interest in customer relationship management, health programs, and service onboarding.

This is an Internship position based in Jeddah.
