Stranger Soccer is expanding its global operations and is seeking an Operator & License Owner to establish, manage, and grow its football platform in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role offers an opportunity to build and operate a local football initiative, enhancing access to the sport within the city. Role Overview

As an Operator & License Owner, you will be responsible for leading the growth of Stranger Soccer in Jeddah. This involves developing local partnerships, overseeing operations, and cultivating an active community of players. You will have the autonomy to shape the local operation while leveraging the established systems, expertise, and support provided by Stranger Soccer's headquarters in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer operations in Jeddah.
• Establish partnerships with football venues and secure suitable playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and provide support to Official Hosts and local team members.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract players and expand the community.
• Manage game operations to ensure a positive player experience.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for enhancing and expanding local operations.

The Singapore headquarters will provide comprehensive support, including:

• A technology platform for app functionality, payments, and operational management.
• Established operating systems and processes.
• Continuous guidance across operations, marketing, and growth strategies.
