Photographer & Visual Content Producer

About the Role

Aqarat Real Estate Development Company is seeking a Photographer & Visual Content Producer to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves capturing and producing professional visual content for land and real estate projects and assets, ensuring their features and benefits are accurately and attractively showcased to support marketing campaigns and presentations.

Role Purpose

The Photographer & Visual Content Producer is responsible for creating high-quality visual materials that align with the company's approved visual identity. The content will be used for marketing campaigns, customer presentations, and investor communications, highlighting the actual condition and unique aspects of real estate properties and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photography and video shoots for land, real estate projects, and assets, coordinating with relevant internal teams.
• Capture sites from optimal angles to highlight their features and surroundings, ensuring content accurately reflects their actual condition.
• Produce and edit photos and videos for advertisements, digital platforms, presentations, and events.
• Develop visual stories and short videos that emphasize the benefits of each real estate asset, aligning with campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to understand content requirements, key messages, and delivery deadlines.
• Incorporate visual elements, text, and simple graphics into content as needed, adhering to the approved visual identity guidelines.
• Review visual materials for quality and accuracy before publication, submitting them for approval according to established procedures.
• Organize and maintain the photo and video archive, categorizing files by project or asset and shoot date, retaining both original and final versions.
• Manage and maintain photography, lighting, and audio equipment, and identify technical requirements for shoots.
• Coordinate with external suppliers or photographers when necessary and assess the quality of their deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Production, Media, or a related field is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in photography and visual content production and editing is essential. Experience in real estate and project photography is preferred.
• Portfolio: Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing previous work.
