The Opportunity: Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor

Almarai is seeking a Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor to join the team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on supporting the Trade Marketing Manager in implementing effective category and product strategies. The position aims to enhance sales growth and profitability through coordinated in-store and outdoor branding, POSM, and promotional activities with the Regional Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and review merchandising planograms and oversee their implementation across the sales region.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all merchandising requirements are addressed for excellence.
• Identify, organize, and review regional events, including school, corporate, and special activities.
• Coordinate and roll out initiatives with local agencies and manage marketing interactions.
• Work with the sales and merchandising teams to create and agree upon implementation plans for confirmed store-specific projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and implement marketing and merchandising strategies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for inter-departmental and external agency collaboration.
