About the Role

JAL International Co. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Retail Services Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for a professional with 2-5 years of experience in retail leasing, commercial property, and tenant relations. The specialist will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our retail service operations across various properties.

Role Overview

The Retail Services Specialist will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of hospitality and retail services. This involves hands-on engagement with retail leasing activities, commercial property management, fostering strong tenant relationships, and ensuring efficient retail operations to deliver an optimal customer experience within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail leasing activities and tenant relationships effectively.
• Identify potential tenants and support the development of an optimal tenant mix.
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer lease agreements in accordance with company policies.
• Oversee tenant onboarding processes, lease renewals, compliance, and clearance procedures.
• Conduct market benchmarking and provide support for financial analysis related to retail operations.
• Coordinate retail development projects, including fit-outs and new store openings.
• Monitor retail operations, customer experience, and service standards to ensure high quality.
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with retailers, contractors, and various internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, Marketing, or a closely related field.
• Strong experience in lease negotiation and managing tenant relations.
• Experience in retail development or project coordination is preferred.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commitment to on-site presence to effectively manage retail services and stakeholder interactions within the designated region.
