Role Purpose and Objectives

The Sales & Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in enhancing room occupancy, securing event bookings, and strengthening overall brand awareness for the hotel. This involves strategic engagement with corporate clients, effective management of digital marketing initiatives, and continuous analysis of market and competitor trends to inform sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new corporate accounts, travel agencies, and group booking leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, prepare and send proposals, and finalize contracts.
• Organize and host property tours and site inspections for prospective clients.
• Manage social media channels and ensure local hotel listings are current and accurate.
• Develop and implement promotional packages tailored for off-peak seasons or holidays.
• Create various marketing collateral, including flyers and email campaigns.

Required Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect new clients and manage sales cycles.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
