Role Overview

Our client, a company specializing in electrical power tools and construction equipment, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Makkah, serving the Jeddah and Makkah areas. This full-time role involves assisting customers, promoting products, and supporting showroom sales activities to ensure a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and selections.
• Promote electrical power tools and construction equipment.
• Support various showroom sales activities.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent, or higher education.
• 0-1 years of experience in sales, retail, showroom sales, or a related field.
• Decent command of English.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
• An interest in power tools, construction equipment, or technical products is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, supporting operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a showroom environment, directly engaging with customers.
