About the Role

ReemCo is seeking a Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is focused on expanding the company's client base and ensuring client satisfaction through effective sales strategies and relationship management.

Role Overview

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, and actively promoting ReemCo’s comprehensive facility management and support service offerings. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting client meetings and site visits to understand needs and present solutions.
Preparing detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Negotiating contracts to secure new business and renewals.
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term retention.
Collaborating with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Maintaining accurate sales records and preparing comprehensive reports.
Contributing to the development of sales forecasts and achieving established targets.
Participating in training sessions, industry events, and internal meetings to stay informed about services, market trends, and best practices.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah, within the Makkah region. The role involves direct interaction with clients and internal teams.
