About the Role

Silah Tamkeen is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their team in Makkah, with locations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves analyzing and documenting system and product features, translating requirements into clear functional specifications, and contributing to consistent analysis and documentation methodologies to support effective product decision-making.

Job Objective

The primary objective of this position is to analyze and document systems and product features, ensuring that requirements are translated into clear and actionable functional specifications. The Senior Product Analyst will also contribute to maintaining a consistent analysis and documentation methodology, which is crucial for supporting effective product decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements and features, translating them into clear workflows and scenarios.
• Identify business rules, edge cases, exceptions, and data validation requirements.
• Analyze and document existing systems through reverse engineering.
• Prepare comprehensive Functional Requirements Documents suitable for design and development teams.
• Identify gaps in requirements and ensure they are complete, clear, and actionable.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams throughout the analysis and delivery process.
• Contribute to improving and standardizing product analysis and documentation practices.
• Work independently on assigned features and system areas.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SaaS or digital product environments.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex systems and preparing functional requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Workflows, Business Rules, APIs, databases, and data flows.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
