Role Overview

People Dynamics is seeking a Senior Specialist, Aircraft Maintenance Planning and Control to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role is integral to ensuring optimal fleet availability through meticulous planning and control of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support overall aircraft maintenance planning and control activities.
• Prepare comprehensive short and medium-term maintenance schedules for critical aircraft components, including engines, Auxiliary Power Units (APUs), and landing gear.
• Manage and coordinate responses to operational disruptions to maximize and maintain fleet availability.
• Assist in the detailed preparation of maintenance schedules.
• Monitor the execution of maintenance plans to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Aviation Management, or a closely related discipline.

Experience Level
