Service Engineer

About the Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Service Engineer to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves providing technical support for trucks and buses, focusing on diagnostics, reporting, and field service operations.

Role Overview

The Service Engineer will be responsible for utilizing technical systems for vehicle diagnosis, preparing detailed technical reports, and conducting essential field service visits. This position requires a strong technical understanding and the ability to support technicians effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Truck & Bus "Diagnosis, Technical, and Parts" systems for effective troubleshooting.
• Provide diagnostic support to technicians for mechanical and electrical issues.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports detailing service visits and vehicle problems.
• Conduct field service visits and respond to breakdowns at various sites.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, repair requests, and technical literature accurately.
• Share technical knowledge and expertise with the work team.
• Manage and process warranty claims within MAN systems according to established guidelines.
• Monitor the MAN Aftersales Portal daily for new information and updates.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar Service Engineer position is preferred.
• Prior experience within the same company field (trucks and buses) is preferred.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities that include field service visits.
